Before buying the guided meditation subliminal, I was using the app Medito to get into meditating for a couple of years. I loved the app so much that I spent over 10,000 minutes on there meditating almost daily and even donated monthly when their app was struggling. I say all this to put into perspective HOW GREAT THIS GUIDED MEDITATION IS! Seriously, I can't emphasize it enough. After I bought the subliminal, I immediately replaced the Medito app, which I had literally been using for YEARS, because of how relaxing yet inspiring the track was! Immediately when I listened to the track, I knew I was going to love it. The track was basically subliminal audio with very subtle ocean waves in the background and Nate speaking in a suuuperrr relaxing voice which starts you off by putting you in a relaxed state and gets you to release your stress and worries. Nate then says some empowering masculine affirmations and finally wakes you up slowly when the meditation is done. There are two versions of the track and I really like the second one since Nate's voice is even more calm and relaxing. Both are about the same length though of 12 minutes and are really good quality. I've been listening to both tracks for about 4 months now and they work! Whenever I play them, I end up feeling super relaxed, especially when Nate does a countdown to help me get into a relaxed state. I've started to feel way more masculine because of the affirmations. Before listening to this track, I struggled with self-image and confidence. Especially the confidence to be masculine and to believe in myself and my capabilities. Nate's affirmations made me feel powerful and made me feel empowered to take control of my own life. They encouraged me to see myself for more than I am and helped me to get over negative self-beliefs. This translated into me doubting myself less or getting stuck in analysis paralysis when starting up my business as well as not caring so much about what others think about me. If you're thinking about buying this, I highly recommend you do! It'll be one of the best meditation experiences you have. I'm now even more excited to meditate daily and I feel less stressed overall thanks to this product. Easily 5 stars!

There are three because not everyone has the same taste in music and the goal of each person is individual. By providing three, I'm able to give more options.
There is a short length, potent subliminal track with isochronic beats which are perfect for workouts, more lively, and alpha brainwave states.
There are two longer length tracks, with either theta waves or binaural beats perfect for longer sessions, such as during meditation, studying, or sleeping.

While there are studies that show the power of the placebo effect and the positive potential for subliminal audio, there are no studies I found that could prove physical or supernatural changes possible. I also personally draw the line with certain physical or supernatural subliminals. Not that I deny the realm of possibility, however my own belief systems also deny this belief. Therefore in good conscience I will not create, sell, or distribute subliminals that pass that line for me.
I recommend that if you're listening to subliminals out loud to do your best listening to the subliminal alone, so others aren't influenced by the subliminal.
It's very unlikely to affect them because you have to want the subliminal to take root in the subconscious and it takes a few weeks to get the best results. However, out of an abundance of caution, it’s recommended to keep the subliminal to your hearing level only.
